Our strategy is to bring in greener solutions to the world of construction by producing cementitious products from industrial waste & raw material with low carbon footprint.
Our group company was established in 2007 and has been operational since late 2008 in the UAE SATHI Group has ever since been the market leader for green cement in the UAE.
Mr Sanjay Agarwal, Founder and Managing Director, Is a visionary having experience of more than 40 years In Steel, Mining, Cement, Ferro Alloys industries globally & Transportation. It was under his leadership that the company could achieve such heights in terms of quality, credibility and stability.
This vision is shared by his two sons Hitesh Aggarwal & Ishan Aggarwal. Mr. Hitesh Aggarwal, our project head/Group Director, has bought this vision to the United States with the same charisma & passion.

Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal
is a young & dynamic entrepreneur of Indian origin who has vast experience of the successful operation of the business in the field of Steel Rolling Mill, Coke Oven, Ferroalloys, DI pipe plant and Mining Operations. His dynamic leadership and hard work attributed to the successful commissioning and operation of structural steel rolling mill of 120000 ton/annum capacity and coke manufacturing plant of 100,000 ton/annum capacity to meet the requirement of an integrated steel plant in India. His growth has been in line with his vision and is currently investing into several countries to form a global presence.
